Book your tickets now for your Weekend of Power 

See an array of machines and engines, from Mamod steam engines to steam rollers.  Model boats will be on display on the water alongside stationary petrol engines. This weekend is educational and fun for all the family. See:

  • Model Steam Engines
  • Stationary petrol & diesel engines (Sussex & Kent Weald Club on Sunday Only)
  • Model boats on the water
  • 1932 Fowler steam roller
  • Mobile Steam Engines

The museum will be open and the ‘Sir William Prescott Engine’ will be in operation from 10:30-16:00.

The Hampton & Kempton Waterworks Railway will also be providing train rides on the above dates (last train 3.40). Train rides will require an additional ticket.

There’s free parking and a lovely picnic field with a play train and hot/cold drinks and snacks are available at the Ticket Office. Kempton Steam Museum is also open, housing the world’s largest triple expansion engine, working and ‘in steam’ this weekend. This is an event not to be missed as the great engine is only operational on certain weekends during the year.

Advance booking is recommended for both attractions. Separate ticketing for the museum.

Open 10.30 to 4 pm (last train 3.40 pm) £4 per adult over 16 yrs and £2 for children 3-15 yrs (under 3s free). Advance booking is recommended. Museum has a separate entry fee.
