Pop into the Great Conservatory at Syon Park for free advice and information on caring for someone with dementia and learn how you can promote positive approaches to living well with dementia. This is a FREE charity event in conjunction with Charlotte House Care Home, Isleworth.
Attend a dementia-friends training session with the Alzheimer’s Society
Try a Namaste therapy demonstration with Care UK
Come for a dementia-friendly walk around the beautiful gardens at Syon Park
There will be representatives from Care UK, Age UK, Healthwatch Hounslow, Visiting Angels, Alzheimer’s Society, Right at Home, Visiting Angels and Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
