Rewilding Arcadia Roadshow

A fun-filled few days of activities for all the family to learn more about rewilding and the natural floodplain of the Thames. The gardens are FREE to enter, and the house is only £5

Come and view the private meadows of Syon Park that are not usually open to the public!

In conjunction with the Thames Landscape Strategy and the Totally Thames Festival, you will see the tidal meadow and the natural floodplain (the last remaining one along the Thames in London).

The Roadshow will include a re-creation of an Eighteenth-century tea tent with an integral ‘camera obscura’ providing a magical way to interpret the environment around us. These ‘Obscura tents’ were once a common feature along the Thames.
