Event Details

Join artist Bella Gonshorovitz on a foraging walk on Hounslow Heath, where we will collect plant matter (under the guidance on a London Borough of Hounslow Countryside Team ranger) that will be used to make natural dyes. These dyes will be used to create a new series of artwork under the title of the Hounslow Cloth, that will be part of an exhibition that will tour Hounslow Libraries from January 2024.

If you would like to join this free event, please email cpphounslow@watermans.org.uk to book a place. The walk is suitable for those over 16, and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

The walk will be on Hounslow Heath, so please wear suitable footwear for the terrain and clothing suitable for the weather.

We will meet between 5.30 – 6pm at a nearby landmark, and walk from 6 – 7.15pm.
