It is run by Chef Monisha Bharadwaj who is well known for her award winning books and TV and radio appearances. The cooking school, based in Hounslow West, offers a variety of hands on, in person classes such as Full Day Simple Indian Cookery, Full Day Indian Vegetarian Cookery, Dosa Masterclass, South Indian Vegetarian Cookery, Indian Fish and Seafood Masterclass and more. Online classes include Indian Vegetarian, Biryani Masterclass and Restaurant Curries.
