Hounslow Council has launched the ShopLocal Voucher Initiative to encourage residents to support the local economy by shopping in person rather than online. Every household in the borough has been sent a free £20 e-voucher to spend with participating local businesses to help them recover from the pandemic.
Over 300 businesses are already signed up to the Initiative, including cafes, cinemas, restaurants, health and wellbeing organisations, laundrettes, and many more. Residents have a great opportunity to help out local businesses and have fun by visiting their local favourite or trying something new.

If you’re keen to focus on your health or enjoy a day of wellness and relaxation, whether it be a solo workout session, a relaxing swim with the family, or stocking up your wellness product shelf. There are some great leisure centres and activities to choose from across the borough.
Choose a family-friendly, multi-purpose leisure centre: including Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre & Library, Isleworth Leisure Centre and Library, Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre, and many more.
Try something different: Check out paddleboarding at Active360, enjoy indoor cycling with a ‘silent disco’ twist at CYKL HAUS, experience traditional Russian bathing at Banya No. 1, explore natural ways of healing and acupuncture at The Avalon Clinic, get stuck into a new type of yoga at BYC hot yoga, and much more.
